Splice Site and Exon Prediction in Human Genomic DNA
 
The GENIO/splice splice site prediction is currently in development. The splice site prediction is based on positional information content measurement of DNA sequences from GENIO/seq database. Please send comments/suggestions to Niels Mache (mache at struktur dot de)  (my home page is here).
 
Step 1: Input nucleotide sequence in FASTA file format
You can input your sequences by cut-and-pasting into the sequence window or (easier) enter a filename to upload.
