GENIO/splice
Splice Site and Exon Prediction in Human Genomic DNA
The splice site prediction is based on positional information content measurement of human DNA sequences from the human section of the GENIO/seq database. The GENIO/splice splice site prediction is currently under development. I'm grateful for your comments and suggestions.

The figure above shows the positional information content of donor/acceptor splice sites of human split genes.  The non redundant collection of human split genes is from the GENIO/seq database. See GENIO/logo for representation of positional information contents.
