Splice Site and Exon Prediction in Human Genomic DNA |
The splice site prediction is based on positional information content measurement of human DNA sequences from the human section of the GENIO/seq database. The GENIO/splice splice site prediction is currently under development. I'm grateful for your comments and suggestions.

The figure above shows the positional information content of donor/acceptor splice sites of human split genes. The non redundant collection of human split genes is from the GENIO/seq database. See GENIO/logo for representation of positional information contents.
